- (this demonstration features a large and small bottle of the same 28mm neck finish size) -
Position a bottle in the test chamber using the size clamping fixture for 28mm neck.
Using the touch screen of the built-in computer, set the appropriate fill time according to the bottle size.
Enter desired testing pressure, input manufacturer's specified holding time, close the front door, select
[START] using the touch screen, the BS3000 completes all testing procedures automatically.
At the end of the TEST cycle, after the bottle has either successfully completed the holding time at
the set pressure, or the bottle has failed and burst (as shown in the demonstration video),
the front protective door opens automatically, completing the test cycle.
- STARTING A NEW TEST -
The operator either removes the successful un-burst good bottle, or clears the debris of
a burst bad bottle, also releasing the remaining neck finish from the holding fixture.
Placing a new bottle into the testing stage and re-applying
the same procedures starts a new testing cycle.
