AL-SIT3 Bottle-Cap Seal Integrity Tester
The AdvanceLab Seal Integrity Tester is designed with unique and attractive features.
The fixture design enables the operator to test sealing on 3 bottles in one single pass, with individual
on/off controls for all 3 testing stations. Individual cap fixtures are numerically coded for easy tracking of test samples.
The design permits the operator to cut the bottle necks on the production line, eliminating the need to carry multiple full bottles,
weighing about 5 times as much, to the QA lab. A carrying basket is available so that the technician can easily transport
a batch of up to 24 test samples to the testing location.
This demonstration shows caps with both good and bad seals. All three caps are different sizes,
due to interchangeable fixtures which can be customized for your company's needs.
